EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT!
READ CAREFULLY:
This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and our company
for the TATTOOS ARTS SOFTWARE product identified above, which includes software (SOFTWARE PRODUCT) and may include other media,
different materials, other online or electronic documentation and data holders (media).
By installing, copying, downloading, using, sending or otherwise using our SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT BY INSTALLING, COPYING, SENDING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE
PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT; YOU MUST DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY.
1. INSTALLATION AND USE: You may display, install, access, use, and run one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single
computer.
2. USE OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT OVER AN NETWORK requires separate activation/license for each user/computer. The name of
the licensee is integrated in some manner into the program/software. The simultaneous use by multiple personnel requires
separate license for each user.
3. You can activate the product through the use of the Internet or via E-mail. In the future, you will also be able to do
this via fax. You may also need to reactivate the product if you modify your computer hardware or other media. We use
technological measures that are designed to prevent unlicensed or illegal use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You agree that we
may use those measures.
4. NETWORK USE: You may also store a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a storage device, such as a network server. However,
you must acquire and dedicate an additional license for each computer on or from which the product is installed, used,
accessed, displayed or run. The license may not be shared or used on different computers.
5. LIMITATION ON DECOMPILATION, DISASSEMBLY AND REVERSE ENGINEERING. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or
disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT!
6. TERMINATION: Any unauthorized use shall result in immediate termination of this license, in which case you must destroy
all copies of the product and all of its component parts.
7. You agree that we and our affiliates may collect and use technical information gathered in any manner as part of the
product installation, activation and support. We may use this information solely to activate the software and support.
8. Our SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be transferred, resold or used for any purpose other than testing, demonstration or
evaluation.
9. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
10. LABILITY: We keep our SOFTWARE PRODUCTS as bug- and error-free as possible. We cannot guarantee that the product will
run correctly in every environment, on every machine or work together with any other application/software without
producing errors or other data loss. Any liability for direct or indirect damage of any sort is hereby denied.
You should detect errors before activation/registration, and you accept any errors after activation/registration. We
cannot guarantee that the errors can be corrected. You should try our free/demo versions or other limited free versions
before purchasing the product.
11. LIMITED WARRANTY: THE PERIOD OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS 3 DAYS. REGARDING ANY DEFECTS DISCOVERED AFTER THE 3-DAY
PERIOD, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING a virus-free copy of the product via the Internet! Fees are refundable only if the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT is received by post onto physical storage/hard drive, DVD DISC, CD-ROM, FLASH MEMORY DRIVE, etc., and the
fee will be reduced with all taxes and fees for sending the memory storage to you.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Home or Professional

CPU: Minimum of 2.0 GHz

Memory: 2 GB of RAM

For all internet installations:
Internet Explorer 5.5 or above
1000 MB of available hard disk space for installation/extracting

Screen resolution:
1024 x 768 or more and high color (65536 colors) or more

An internet connection is necessary to register/activate online, download, obtain helpful information, browse pages on the
TATTOOS ARTS.COM website or send email messages.

The free version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT can be installed without activation/registration. You can use this version for
test purposes.
